Bis zum Jahr 2003 war Zerpenschleuse eine selbstst\u00e4ndige Gemeinde innerhalb des Amtes Gro\u00df Sch\u00f6nebeck. Mit den Kommunalwahlen im Jahr 2003 wechselte der Ort in die Gro\u00dfgemeinde Wandlitz.
